Please read this document carefully before using psa10's services. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the psa10 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the psa10 platform immediately. psa10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and the updated terms take effect as soon as they are published.
Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of psa10, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
- Notifying psa10 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your personal information whenever there are any changes.
Psa10 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the psa10 platform agree to use it responsibly and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
- Posting or publishing any content that is offensive, unlawful, or harmful to other users.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal activities.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where appropriate.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the psa10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the respective financial service provider. psa10 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
To submit a withdrawal request, users must meet the following conditions:
- The account has been fully verified with accurate and complete information.
- Any wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions have been met.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Psa10 reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification purposes before processing any withdrawal. Transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold and reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits
Psa10 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or security breaches.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, psa10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including:
- Loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Service disruptions caused by events beyond our control.
- Losses resulting from technical errors or third-party hacking.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Psa10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, or a breach of terms.
- The user failed to submit the requested verification documents.
- Account activity raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering.
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the psa10 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of psa10 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this content without prior written permission from psa10.
Third-Party Links
The psa10 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. psa10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the psa10 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
